Obedience training is fundamental to building, and sustaining, a happy relationship between you and your pet. Implementing basic communication helps establish respect and boundaries, and can keep your pup out of harm’s way. Through our program, you and your dog will learn to communicate through concise commands, body language, and more! 

Private Lessons

Our private lessons are one-on-one training sessions that are designed specifically to fit your goals and your dog's personality. Private lessons are best fit for dogs who tend to perform better in their own home environment. A key component to successful training, is making sure the lessons the dog learns are being upheld, even while the trainer is not present. We recommend private lessons for those who have the time and patience to work closely with their dogs, even outside of the scheduled training sessions.

Choosing private lessons comes with many benefits. In comparison to the various forms of group-based training methods, private lessons will be specifically focused on you and your dog. Your certified trainer will tailor each training session to guide your dog's learning process to help you achieve your necessary goals.

Board and Train

Board and train programs are designed to expedite your estimated training timeline. By condensing your dog's training into a consecutive 2-8 week program, the trainer will be able to work directly with your dog, avoiding any disruptions to their training schedule. Although our board and train programs typically last 2-3 weeks, you will receive a more accurate estimate following your initial meet and greet. The trainer will have the opportunity to observe your dog's specific behavioral tendencies. We will consider your goals and your dog's personality and determine the right program structure for you.

Our board and train program structure tends to be most appropriate for pet parents who value and prioritize upholding their dog's training routine, but just don't have time in their schedule to keep up with private lessons. Your dog will still receive the benefits of one-on-one training without the hassle of rearranging your schedule. Board and train programs can be beneficial for dogs of all behavior types, however, we find they are proven to be most effective for dogs that are facing difficulty managing reactiveness or hyper activity. 

FREE Pre-Training Evaluation

To begin your dog training process through Nikki's Collar Club you will be required to follow through a pre-training evaluation. During this evaluation one of our certified trainers will come to your home to observe how you and your dog interact with one another. We will take into account your dog's personality, behavior tendencies and social development to determine what kind of training will be the best fit to help you achieve your goals. We will also take note of any potential environmental factors that may affect your dog's progress. Using this information we will recommend an appropriate training schedule and program for you and your family.

Our initial evaluation will provide you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Our priority is to ensure you feel comfortable trusting us with your dog(s), and know they are in the best hands.
